350 N.N. Gewürztraminer

I love that this is Gewurtz, and is so good, but still tastes like Gewurtz.

So much flavor and depth of texture.

Tropical nose. Rich mouthfeel. Good acidity but still a little flabby. Lacks pepper. Trokken, but still honeyed.

Gwtz in balance that sings delcious

Forget Chardonnay, this G has a near perfect structure. Minerals! Light acid, fruit but not sweet. Texture and viscosity enough to "melt" in your mouth almost buttery. Floral.
