White flowers, honeydew melon, slight chamomile. Great acidity on top of oily, waxy texture, clean savory finish. Delicate, well balanced, like a light bodied condrieu.

Mineral, floral and a hint reductive, all in a beautiful way. Seductive, balanced and fascinating. Dry enough for oysters, off-dry enough for foie. Really cool wine, exactly my style

Jan 29th, 2016Light glittering yellow in the glas with a soft mineralic bouquete, later pears and apple notes. On the palate fresh and still creamy with nice citrus and apple flavours. Beautifull, light salty finish. Fantastic biodynamic Weisburgunder.
