NV. Pale lemon hue. Ripe apples, nuts, dough, toast and white peach. Slight oxidation - attractive. On the palate, fairly full bodied for a sparkling wine, good bright acidity, very dry, medium alcohol and medium plus concentration. Nutty, round, toasty notes, crisp apples, Bollinger style oxidation. Quite persistent finish. My first Nyetimber and I am not disappointed. Sterling effort - excuse the pun!
