This maybe a redo later but it was opened yesterday and at first sip it was great. Reminded me of Spain. After I ate a questionable cheese that I found in the fridge it was a very strange taste. With some chocolate it was light and great then my kid found something under a plant that smelled of death. Now my nose is off. Palate not trustworthy. Even after all that, still enjoyable. I think. Will redo in the future.
