Aslina Umsasane. Umsasane means Acacia tree and was Ntiski's grandmother's nickname.
This is a blend of Cab S, Cab F and Petit Verdot.
More closed in the nose. This may bloom with time in bottle. It is savory and dense. A good alternative to less fruit Cab such as those from Bordeaux.

Thoroughly new world ripeness but also...undercurrents of acid and earth. Has that “yummy” factor but wrapped up in a “distinguished” suit. Very much blackberry and black plum with the acid of lemonade (but not quite lemon juice) flowing before. Not overly complicated but not simple. And in a year or so could even more interesting.like the dude I dated mid twenties and he was good to revisit now but if we are both avail in two-three years meow as long as those tannins go on

Deep ruby color,
On the nose juicy black plum, ripe raspberry, raspberry/blackberry gummy candies, black currant, cedar, spice, toast, coffee, and a touch of permanent marker.
On the palate, medium plus body, smooth with medium tannin, rich mouthfeel. 9.2

株アリスタ4種セット、2020年で13800円。香りはさほど立たず、多少の青臭さもありますが、カリフォルニア産に近い凝縮感がすごい。
バニラ様のアフターもあり、なかなかよろしいです。もっと寝かせても良いかと思います。
日経で特集のあった南アフリカの女性ネイティブ醸造家のカベルネ。

What a great wine. When looking for a South African wine, this one was recommended. Happy to support a woman owned business. This wine was fantastic. Leather, violet and some tart cherry on the nose. Medium body with leather and plum throughout. Tannins linger on the finish with some bright fruit flavor lingering as well. Made a South African dinner to pair and this was a great wine to go along with bobotie, chakalaka, and chicken sosaties. Would buy this one again in a heartbeat.

若干の青臭さはありますが、スミレの香り、コーヒーや柑橘を含む複雑さ、シルキーなタンニンとカベルネらしさもよく感じられ、なかなかよろしい。
もっと寝かすべきなのか、もう少し開くと嬉しい。今後も注目する。
