9 Paso Robles Red Blend

Soild red blend with good texture.

Mostly Cabernet franc blend,bright blackberry fruit very sweet and seductive

The Cabernet Franc is minimal in the blend but by far a super star. Chocolate covered cherries and canned cranberry sauce are dominant. Tannins are in balance and it probably was not liked by RP.

Very good Syrah blend. Very smooth, nicely balanced.

Mostly Cab Franc and Merlot. Nice classic Cali-Bordeaux style.

Field blend. Nice red and blue fruits. Round and robust with graphite leading to a juicy finish.

Screw cap. OK by me, but some think it says cheap cheap! Wine is mix of pretty much everything! Dark in color. Smells woody, smoky, with hints of dark berries. Tannins? Yes, they’re there. And acidity. Pretty nice for price. Finish vanishes quite quickly.

Amazing wine for $12.95! Great bouquet! Good balance and structure. High alcohol but doesn’t taste it.

Excellent bargain red blend. Won’t “wow” you, but it’s structured with balanced dark fruits, spice and tannins. Far more depth than others in the same price range.
