Sort of dead.

Nose is lovely. Yellow flowers.

Palate is sort of nondescript yellow fruits. Not mineral really. No acidity.

As this opens super tart dried apricots. Intense. Maybe some heat.

Golden yellow color. Refreshing with a density of age. Exquisite off dry to be paired with sturdy flavors.

Lovely GV. Not at all unusual. Crisp minerals. Light summer fruits. Gorgeous.

Very tight nose upon opening so asked the sommelier to decant. Fresh notes of lemons and pears and very little spice. Light and graceful on the palate with good citrus flavors. A solid accompaniment to our sushi.
