Green lemon in color, with a light and elegant nose of lemon citrus, mineral crushed rocks, very dry but with good cut and density. Med/+ on the finish.

2024 Neipoort Redoma BrancoYoung Portuguese white blend at Vinum (Graham’s cellars restaurant). Enjoyed with heirloom tomato salad, clams Bulhão Pato, and whole sole. Fresh, mineral and stone fruits.
