Jan 31st, 2014Quite restrained with a mineral nose: blood & iron, not unlike a good Dao. Some earthy tones in the background, and a bit of flint. On the palate quite light with very high acidity and quite light tannins. Very mineral with the cherries well hidden. Not bad, but definitely a food wine.
Edit: a touch of Brett comes out towards he end after some time in the glass.
