Sipping Fine Wine

Light Ruby with aromas of red berry fruit and herb spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and raspberry with pleasant earthy herb notes, wrapped in nice mouthfeel. Fine soft tannins, good balance, long finish ending with full fruit character. Nice. Tasting Sample.

What a difference 8 years makes. This is still spicy and on the lighter side but has now got some bass notes. A grounded forest floor thing to balance those ethereal raspberries. It's a real pleasure !.

These wines are consistently so good and fairly priced. Still very much alive and drinking beautifully even after being open for 4 hours.
