No edge to be found, in a surreal state. Rich and complex. Plum, toasted oak, mocha and a spicy element fill the palate. Smooth and silky. Love how it show all the details yet has focus. The finish is one of the longest I've experienced, well over a minute after you finish. Pairs well with Frank Sinatra live from the Sands playing on vinyl.

09' Myriad Georges. Decanted it for several hours. Love the nose on this wine (always). It's even better than it was a little more than a year ago. It had a lot more muscle a year ago. Still a powerhouse wine, with much more elegance to it.You enjoy Rutherford wines? Can't miss bottle.
10 great years in it! I'm a little partial… Love almost everything that comes out of this great Vineyard!

Omg. Long time since I’ve head a wine that out performed everything else that night. Including realm, hundred acre and scarecrow. Amazing smooth wine with great fruit at 9 years old.

I usually love this wine, but tonight this bottle shows an unusual burnt edge on the mid-palate and finish. Still quite nice, but not what I usually expect from this wine.
