Strawberries and vanilla, just a hint of acidity. Medium tannins. A red blend, not sure what just yet, but it feels like grenache. I had it as a restaurant wine, good choice for that (not as overpriced as some of the other selections). Paired well with a waygu flank steak.

Immediately hit with cherry and pepper flavors. I don’t necessarily agree that it’s a very balanced wine but it will slap you in the face with it’s delicious acidity. I’ll give it the respect it deserves…
