Near perfect. The #blancdeblancs from Mumm Napa age so beautifully, especially out of #magnums! Some fresh citrus notes, but smells and flavors of a bakery in full swing dominate, toasty almond and slightly burnt baguette. I have been waiting to #saber this wine for a while, my sons birthday was the perfect occasion.

All unripe pineapple on the nose. Immediately get some pie crust with the bubbles followed by a peach and tart apple note. Mid palate is where I got some fun notes of citrus blossom and lemon curd. Finished with all sorts of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, star fruit and a spiced kiwi. Very fun sparkling!
