On the palate peach and red berry flavors followed by some yeast and mineral notes. Medium length. Grab a bottle for Valentine’s Day. Tasting Sample!

Bubbly left over from New Years; a great night to indulge as I’ve got time to drink some. Salmon pink with pinpoint bubbles. Yeasty nose with a hint of fresh floral shop scent. Crisp, mild cherry and red fruit flavor, slight malic aftertaste with a cherry pulp, cherry cough drop flavor. Nothing to dislike here, great value.
