Had this about 4 years ago. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and tropical fruits with floral and biscuit notes from an odd blend (fruit sourced 50+ vineyards) of 48% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Gris and 3% Pinot Meunier, shows palate flavors of peach, lemon citrus and pears. Fine bubbles and mousse, yeasty notes and mineral on long finish. Good value. Tasting Sample.

May 4th, 2017Straw yellow with aromas of stone and tropical fruits this blend of 48% Chardonnay, 43% Pinot Noir, 6% Pinot Gris and 3% Pinot Meunier, brings forth flavors of peach, melon and pears. A nice mousse, yeasty notes and minerality show on the lingering finish.

Light yellow in color with a golden tint.
On the nose, oak, peaches and lemons.
Off dry and fruity on the Palate with medium size bubbles and lemons, wood, grapefruits, cream and a touch of strawberries.
Long finish with almonds.
Full bodied and well balanced.
A Nice Napa bubbly for appetizers. I Paired it with calamaris.
12.5% alcohol by volume.
