2017 vintage. Some spönti funk, lemon and lime peel, grass on the nose. A little angular and austere in structure, which I'd attribute to its youth. Lime and white grapefruit peel, chamomile, elderflower, white fig, grass, white rocks.

Scheurebe...Shure! Super cool varietal.

On the first day there were wonderful aromas and flavours of rose, lemon sherbert and pine nut(!). Disappointingly a bit flat on day 2 - let that be a lesson to me not to leave any!
