Fresh & quite light for a Blaufränkisch, with tart raspberry & huckleberry with a touch of black sour cherry. There’s nice minerality and a bit of damp undergrowth, too. On the palate this is very juicy and quite vibrant - perfectly balanced with finely grained, medium tannins. This is a very nice wine, carried mainly by its juicy acidity, worked extremely well with a rib-eye.
