Very complex nose of VA, this is natural wine after all, some green melon, dusty wood shavings and lots of natural wine aromas. You know the ones. Sweet citrus comes through as well. Palate is fresh and energetic and juicy. But kind of boring. Also VA and natural wine stuff on the palate. Kind of ok and not the best. But others will like more. I’ll cook with it.

Blend of 60% Palomino and 40% Moscatel, from two different vineyards, both farmed biodynamically. The Palomino comes from La Platera vineyard in Pago Miraflores (albariza soil), while the Muscat comes from Pago Abulagar ( sandy-clay soils). Fermented and aged for 9 months in used oak barrels. Very aromatic, perfumed, a bit natty. My least favorite of the lineup.

Lovely dance of old vine palomino & moscatel. Full-bodied, medium acidity. Sweetness from the muscat buttressed by saline texture, minerality, star anise, white flowers. Beautiful work.
