it's everything I've ever wanted in an orange wine. Super prefect acidity, great texture and tannins, perfect body.

Gotta love these crazy orange wines. This one has a pleasant amount of brett, and a bunch of lemon/orange zestiness! Very sour acidity and still drinking fresh after 8 years. #orangewine #natural #weird

Big and evolving even 4 hours after decanting. Mandarin orange and spiced tea. Fresh acidity.

All the things I love in a skin contract white wine. This eschewes the more common apricotty notes in favor of confit lemon and Mandarin orange, backed by great texture, tart acidity and a kiss of Brett. Evolves dynamically over the course of the evening, always showing a new pique of interest. Wine for lambic lovers.
NB: Stand this up for a while and carefully open and decant - otherwise you'll end up with a hazy, New England style IPA situation.
