Tasting notes from the Mouton Noir wine dinner with winemaker Andre Mack...
Almost crystal clear from a vision standpoint...real dry fruit on the nose and a bit of a bite at first sip. Not a Pinot Gris drinker, so difficult to judge appropriately.

Non-fruit floral aromas dominate, but underlying tree fruits (apple and pear). Round on the palate, very fruity, moderate acid and balancing minerals.

I'm typically a Pinot Grigio girl, but a friend recommended this and I'm in love! Perfectly dry but fruity! Best white I've had lately!
