Brilliant light lemon color… tiniest of bubbles. 95% Meunier 5% Pinot Noir. Lemon curd, tart green apple aroma. Slightly more weighted on the palate than expected with a long complex finish that goes on for 40 seconds. Weightless, lifted, balanced, elegant. Brilliant with Spago’s Maui menu..psst, don’t pass on the tuna poke cones for apps. Great wine, fair price… nice to get back to Hawaii post-Covid.

Degorgement july 2017. 95% meunier. Grown on clay. Soft fruity and mineral nose. On the palette it’s rich and refined. very persistent with long aftertaste.

Really nice, especially on day 2. Started out incisive, lemon curd, brioche and went towards pear and hazelnut on day 2 but never lost its freshness.
