Truly great wine from a vintage that will get overlooked between, 9, 10 & 12. Green bell pepper, pure fruit, decant for 12 hours and pull the cord.

Everything in harmony. Deep, dark, and fleshly. The aromatics boast mountain fruit, and savory herbs and spices.

Very good. There is a tension and focus to these wines that is special.

That intoxicating, beguiling nose that only aged CA cabernet of a certain pedigree can provide. Developing and in a lovely place. Palate is medium plus, cherry, worn leather, tobacco, cedar. Finish is a slightly blunted tannic rapier. Soulful & lovely.

Better than the Domaine Eden Cab. Assertive black pepper nose. More structure than its cousin.
