Perpetual Moshin Cabernet Sauvignon Blend

Nice Cab Blend from Moshin. Blackberry and black licorice stand out to me.

We had the 2014 Vintage on 12/8-9/24. Tastes and scents of plum, blackberry, cedar, tobacco and cocoa. Well balanced. Medium to full bodied. Tannins smoothed out. A California wine that captures Bordeaux character. A very good wine

We had the 2013 Vintage on 9/28-29/23. A nice Bordeaux blend; 84% Cab Suav. Blackberry, plum, cedar, menthol on the bouquet and palate. All tannins are smoothed out. Full bodied and fruit forward. Very good

We had the 2013 Vintage on 11/12-13/22. Blackberry and menthol on the bouquet. Blackberry, plum, menthol and spice on the palate. Fruit forward, well balanced and smoothed out tannins. A Bordeaux blend that is still a New World wine.

We had the 2010 Vintage on 1/1/22. This was more of a Napa Cab than a Bordeaux blend. The bouquet and palate featured blackberry, plum, cedar and oak. This is a full bodied and fruit forward wine. The tannins were all smoothed out.

Touch of cola and plum on the nose. Changes as it opens. Quite smooth with notes of blackberry, cocoa, and tobacco on the palate, and a touch of oak

We had the 2012 Vintage on 11/21-22/20. Blackberry and cigar box on the bouquet. Blackberry, blueberry and graphite on the palate. The tannins were all smoothed out. This is a nice Bordeaux blend. Medium and almost full bodied.

We had this on 1/11-12/19. Blackberry, graphite, oak, cedar are all experienced in the medium bodied wine. Fruit forward yet has the feel of Bordeaux. The tannins were all smoothed out.

We had the 2007 Vintage on 5/7-8/17. Nice tastes of blackberries, cassis, and kirsch. Smooth finish to this medium bodied wine. The tannins were smoothed out. A more fruit forward rendition of a Bordeaux blend

Nice but it's time to drink up. Dark fruits with well integrated tannins.
