Bit-o-honey candy nose. More on the buttery side than the crisp acid side. Lemon balm, tarragon and bitter honeysuckle fruit on palette. Very interesting to say the least. Paired with whole pan fried Colorado trout. Good times

Very Good. Recommend it! Dry and not too sweet. One of the best aromatic sauvignon blanc. A bit harsh at the end thou.
