Not your moms Chardonnay! Lime zest, cheese rind notes. Apple, lime, grapefruit. Stinging acidity. Reductive flintiness. Hard to believe 50% new oak. Could sit and ponder this all day. With Nippon Tei nigiri first night and rosemary lemon roast chicken the next.
