Not blowing me away. A bit syrupy unfocused and disappointing. Narrow profile. Blackberry and a little bit spicy. Resonates well though. I don’t think I would get this one again.

Composed of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Franc, the 2015 Sugarloaf Mountain Proprietary Red
For $60.00 its got something going on. 15.9 abv but not a fruit bomb, short decant & bbq required. Can’t see paying release of $110.00 though. Thanks for the tip @Ron R

Nice red blend from Morgado! A little lean when compared the outpost cab we had before it.. but that’s probably not a fair comparison! Solid wine nonetheless👍🏻

I know I robbed the cradle on this guy and didn't give it anywhere near enough air, but still exceptional! Big nose of tar and vanilla, with a powerful finish. Great fruit, great texture, and a great compliment to Xmas Eve dinner!

Big black fruit nose tar on the finish long and dark some notes of cedar and black ink. Kimberly hit it out of the park!
