Soft taste, medium lasting , cherry taste, black currant, regaliz, un buen ribera del Duero. Mas cuerpo podría ser perfecto, no tiene nada de roble (Jose Manuel). Sinceramente con una cena de berenjena y shitake perfecto + queso de amedijar (queso de oveja suave)😍
