Started sweaty and very earthy on the nose. Getting some leather and fruit after awhile. Soily, smokey cherries and dark fruit coming through early but not a memorable finish.

After a day it turned into a rich full dark fruit Syrah with earthy notes. Age would improve the firm tannins.
