Deep colour , young still. Quite powerful nose ripe black fruits, alcohol is well integrated. On the palate quite powerful , not very elegant. Sweet black fruits. Length is ok though not great. Enjoyable but I was expecting more complexity . Will probably age ok though I am not sure what it will offer further down the road.

Best damn pizza wine ever! Sure perhaps I could have tried a bit harder to pair something with this Syrah... but it was so damn good with the pizza. (and the chocolate)
