Classic Chilean dust and eucalyptus nose, toasted dried plum concentrate with a sour raspberry snap. Judicious barrel action. #dailytable price #cellarworthy wine

Nice flavor freshly poured. Smooth, some spice, and somewhat acidic. Definitely will buy again.

One of the less expensive red wines from Montes, but comes with a good structure, acid initially, notes of black fruits and nuts.
A good Malbec comes from Chile with a good price.
You have to try!!

Dry earthy, plum with a raspberry snap. A solid option that does a great service to Montes' reputation.

Paired with a nice grilled lamb chop with demi glace and sauteed spinach. Good balance of acidity but enhancing smokiness of the med grilled lamb chop. A fresh chewy compliment to a nice uncomplicated meal. The server was pushing the pinot noir blend- but I this was definitely a better choice.
