Classic Series Casablanca Valley Sauvignon Blanc

Chilean Sauv Blancs at mid-price rival pricey French Sauv. Nice full tropical bouquet on the nose. Tart and "minerally" finish (I'm still making up my own descriptors.) What a Sauv should be (at 10:35 a.m.)......."Makes me want to shirk all my duties and line up three bottles and re-watch all of Flight of the Conchords AND East Bound and Down and finish in time to watch The Pats destroy." Anyway, Sauv Blanc is my fave.

Peachy, with a bitter finish. The smell is the highlight of this wine. So fragrant and floral! Mike gives this an 8.0, the finish bothers him

Monodimensional bell pepper nose. Dry palate.

Delicious 2014 vintage! Floral, crisp with passion fruit notes. Nice every day drinking wine. Paired well with chicken. Will buy again.

Less citrus and expressive than New Zealand sav blancs; not as crisp and minerally than Loire sav's. Nice for a cheap white.

A very difficult white to beat from Colchagua, Chile. USD 12 is a very generous price for such a refreshing and expressive Sauvignon Blanc.
I would buy it over again and again..
