Crap, this was tasting fantastic on the cork pull. Savory red fruit. Unfortunately had to split before it had a chance to open up. Regrets... I've had a few.

Fantastic. Way more advanced than I'd expect for just 6 years of age, loaded with dried mushrooms and baked herbs, but still with beautiful youthful tension.
