Minerals and rounded fruit, this is a very rare sparkling Soave that boasts tons of expressiveness, sophistication, and quality fruit. Grown at 250 meters, higher than most Garganega in limestone soils, adding a nice flintiness. Lime skin, white grape fruit, perfectly balanced minerality with a zippy kiwi kick on the end. Lovely.

A delightful surprise! It's subtle and very dry, but the fruit flavored (kiwi, white grapes) are there, balanced nicely with notes of toasted bread and minerals. A steal at $20.

2014... yeasty aromas, crisp and acidic, pleasing texture but not much going on in terms of complexity or depth
