Medium Ruby color with aromas of ripe red fruits and earthy forest spice. On the palate flavors of cherry and plum fruits with wafts of leather and spice. Firm tight tannins, a bit too savory on a medium finish. Bottle opened for 2 hours and did not seem to improve, ends with an off earthy character.

No producer name on the label? I have never seen a wine with no producer on the label

Robust fruity aroma, full bodied with a long finish. Paired nicely with the cherry tomatoes in the lobster tagliatelle.

Great pairing with Sunday gravy, candlelight and Dino Crocetti. We’ll put this one into the regular winter rotation. Salud!

Accessible Nebbiolo- let it breath for a bit longer than I wanted to wait but it was a great complement to my first attempt at a pasta Bolognese. Already bought 2 more!
