Pistachio-breaded braised pork belly with some kind of rice/bean-cake thing, rack of lamb with I don't remember, and chocolate terrine.
Decanted an hour and a half ahead, so it was wide open and ready to go. Not huge, and not showing gobs of fruit, but showing lovely structure, balance, and length. Plenty of interest when taken alone, but enjoyed most in the context of the meal and evening.
