New Years tipple. Beautiful rose color with good fizz. Demi sec so fairly sweet as expected but not cloying. Strawberry and other red berries to taste. Light and refreshing, good with and without food.

Salmon hue, nose offers citrus, blanched almonds, dried white flowers, and sourdough bread notes; palate is round with dried apricot, lavender honey, strawberry jam, orange marmalade notes. Light, demi-sec rosé Champagne that is deliciously sweet without being too overbearing. Would pair nicely with cheeses, spice, dessert.

Delicious. One of the best champagnes I've had. Strong notes of strawberry with a great fizz and mellow finish. Had Tequila Slammer's with it and they were awesome!

Deep pink with orange tints. A terrific amount of tiny bubbles and an amazing crispness and freshness to this. Really fine strawberries, orange zest, and peach essence upfront on the nose with that signature toasted bread coming in later. Rich and creamy in the mouth, this is a seductive and sexy stunner of a Champagne. She just keeps coming and giving you more and more. The overt sweetness fades into elegance on the midpalate and a nice tartness on the finish. That same lively fruit continues onto the palate and is joined by dried herbs, fresh cut brioche bread, and nice minerality.

A delicious bready cuvee. Sweeter than most but still crisp. Raspberry, strawberry croissant flavors. The sweetness lended itself well to the goat cheese cheesecake with raspberry sauce. Very drinkable, though one glass suited my tastes quite well.
