This is a wonderful Barbaresco in its prime!
There’s good stuffing, lovely acidity, restrained power and ripe tannines. All about balance.
Cherryfruit, dusty spices and herbs, flowers and sandalwood, hints of ink/tar.

Very tannic. We left to it out for 24 hours and it still tannic, though much better. Let it age. That said, there is a delicious vanilla twinge to it that is quite delightful.
