You know exactly what you’re going to get when you open one of these. Big, dark bruising hammerblow. I could never do this night after night but I do like to indulge in this style every now and then. And esp with a plate of beef ribs. Though I believe we are just past it’s best window, so slug it if you’ve got it.

Crushed black cherries, bramble, cassis, vanilla scented pastry, creamy oak. On the palate a terrific acidic spine prevents this monster from toppling over. This is a modern, yet delicious Aussie Shiraz!
