The wines from Craft Wine Co. include the Ovum and Minimus lines and are constantly a favorite. Here is a blend of Pinot Blanc, Muscadet, and Chard. It’s the Willamette take on white Burgundy - well oaked but harmonized - with sur-lie influence ala Muscadet. Notes of white flowers, vanilla, apple, and lemon.
