Meh... All smoke, cedar, oak. Overdone, fruit is completely masked. A poor showing for a wine that I had high hopes for

Good discovery from the mystery case. Definitely dry but rich and earthy. Would get again.

Pleasantly surprised by this! Part of the mystery case and drank well — very light but earthy and not overly cherry or dry.

Smokey with berries and little pepper ... probably drinking a little past prime but would be interested to try 2016 vintage

Rust colored and red. Nose is berry liquor and cherry. Flavors are juicy and deep. Berry-cherry cobbler and licorices. Blood and fire. Dry and also jammy. Well cooked jams. A straight Cal-Italia Sang. I like the balance and grip. This is grear Italian style red!

Very good! Would get again. Tough to find a good representation of an Italian varietal in CA and this wasn’t bad. A little dry. earthy but light and a little fruity but pleasantly.
