As with this varietal, complexity of flavors and perfume come along for the ride. The initial experience on the nose is predominantly notes of Yuzu and tangerine peel. Palate is piercing and close to gunpowder dry. It’s tense and nervy, with a hint of salinity. From a style perspective, if you enjoy CB, this is for you. For me, this is searing, and needs fatty foods to help it relax.

Bit disappointing as it is but mellowed signifiantes like an aged wine. Lost its creamyness. List of orange in colour, dried fruit with tartness. Not sure what I expected (crisp, clean and cream)
