On the way to our monthly pilgrimage at Berns. Stopping at the Columbia for lunch in Ybor city & starting with a palate cleanser to cut through their Spanish seafood starters & famous 1905 salad. Bone dry with good acidity and citrus fruits.

Straw colour and smell. White, a bit raw grape and green pear on palate. Tender Sauvignon Blanc specimen for relaxing evening with beloved one.
Accompany with light desserts and/or fruit plate.
Quite reasonable as standalone drink
