Nivole Moscato d'Asti

Honeydew melon and Sprite Soda citrus. Light texture, leaner viscosity.

After a big meal, this closed out the night nicely with dessert. Crisp and fruity.

M. Chiarlo’s Moscato d’Asti is also available in a 375ml which is a nice size to pop open after a nice meal. A slight effervescence wine with a light golden color. Aromas of sweet fresh stone fruits and citrus layered with a bit of floral spice. On the palate flavors of peaches and apricots with a grape-like character. Medium finish ending with citrus, sweet spice and honey notes. A favorite, great value! Grab a 750ml for a larger crowd!

Found my last 2014, this actually had a cork, newer vintages in screw cap, tasted great, aged very well. Opening noticed a slight effervescence in a light golden yellow color. Aromas of sweet stone fruits and citrus along with a touch of blossom and floral spice. The palate shows flavors of sweet peaches and apricots with honeyed notes. The finish is medium+ in length with citrus and sweet spice nuances ending with sweet honey notes. Very nice!

Sweet peach, lychee, rose water, grapey. Low acidity. Still fun and fizzy.

Very good. Aromatics rival good German/Alsatian aromatic whites Lychee, orange blossom and honey suckle on the nose, spice, citrus. Rich, syrup texture with light carbonation, high acid, tropical fruit on the palate. Long fun finish... 5% alc
