Burgundian? I hate to say it (does everything need to be Burgundian?) but kind of. Elegance and a lovely purity with a tiny touch of Jura twang. Give Gahier some glory, please!

An apple before it's turned, raw nuts and steely minerals. Fruit shows ripe on palate without giving up any of the acidity. This mouth feel is dope.
