Bruised apple and Asian pear as well as an interesting “Japanese fruit candy” smell! Some Brett and VA, it most problematic was the weak finish and lack of acidity.

absolutely stunning 13 years in. the sometimes harsh and divisive sherry/petrol notes are thoroughly integrated and leave ethereal and dense dry hay and green almond notes that linger for hours on the palate.

2010 Fauquette. One of the best sous-voile Chards I've had in a long while. Don't Fauquette about this one.
