Bruised apple and Asian pear as well as an interesting “Japanese fruit candy” smell! Some Brett and VA, it most problematic was the weak finish and lack of acidity.

absolutely stunning 13 years in. the sometimes harsh and divisive sherry/petrol notes are thoroughly integrated and leave ethereal and dense dry hay and green almond notes that linger for hours on the palate.

Why Gahier doesn't get more love, I just don't get it. The wines are lovely, elegant but clearly Jura. This is the non-topped up one. If wine could be chicken soup, this would be it.

So amazing! Smells like a tin of Christmas cookies. Fruit, nuts, spice and a dash of grandma. Crisp and fresh, lovely fruit with exotic citrus notes. Long...
