Emblem IV Generations Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon

I was a bit taken aback by the bold flavors of this Mondavi wine. The dark fruit vibe and crispness combine to make an excellent option.

4 generations of winemaking comes from 4 different vineyard sites

Dark, soft and round, this wine was a perfect pairing for our after dinner movie and movie snacks. A nice wine to cocktail on for sure.

Dense ruby/purple in color. Blackberry and Cassis on the nose. Nice balance of acidity and tannin; flavors of blueberry, dried black currants and toasted oak make up the mid palate. The finish is a mix of sweet tobacco, licorice and mint. Another winner from the Mondavi family!

Concentrated fruit both red & dark w/ the perfect amount of oak. Delicious!!
