Pale yellow. Meyer lemon and ocean spray on the nose with a bit of brown sugar also. Pure electricity on the palate! Hits the tongue and sparks, the best lemon bars imaginable with notes of chalk, lemon grass, and a bitterness that reminds me of chioggia beets for some reason. Has a bit of hay that comes around also. Really different grüner, but so lovely and interesting.

Great great natty gruner- tart lemon/lime, lots of green notes, ripe acidity and chalky minerality. So tasty.
