Elote Mezcal Joven Agave

Clean citrus and sweet spices.

Best in price range, but slightly too hot and simple. Rustic and w. Pronounced hay note.

An intriguing Mezcal, infused with corn so I'm told. Round in the mouth, but I really dig the way it melds smoky with the corn sweetness.

Sweet citrus with a floral spice finish. Clean earth. Very nice!

Fruit.

Nothing missing here. Classic smoky agave and white pepper nose. Grilled sweet corn, sweet pepper, burnt caramel, lemon verbena, sage, briny melon. Classic.
