Textbook Pinot noir with insane tension - pristine crispy cherry skin - maybe too flawless for joy but a great effort! Achtung to detail baby!

So fresh and zippy. Bright red fruit, rhubarb, orange peel with just the right amount of oak to add complexity. Really nice

A pinot's Pinot. High acids but tons of red fruit and savoury notes. Solid German Red.

Lovely wine, well balanced but needs some time still.

2013 vintage. Nose is full of under-brush, bracken and black fruits. Slight cardboard faulty smell; could be greenness. On the palate, tannins are prominent and coarse. There's a sweetness of the fruit that's appealing and good acidity. Medium plus body and decent length, although some astringency on the tail end. The spice comes through in the mid-palate and this wine is a very good quaffer despite my criticisms. Not bad.

Seriously? Amazing wine. Concentrated and pure fruit in the best way possible.
