Apr 7th, 2019Ripe red cherries, cinnamon and pepper. A little bit of tannin and a nice line of acidity. This wine would settle more with time to breathe, or more time cellared, but we enjoyed it so much it didn’t last that long. Drink now or let it sit, a very nicely done Pinot.
